Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters Degree / Textile Engineer / B.Sc. Engineering in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE).
∎ Skills Required: Industrial Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up & find out daily basis machine wise efficiency, performance, wastage of daily production.
∎ Find out bottleneck at the time of production, find out root cause and give proper solution.
∎ Arrange and co-ordinate proper motivation & professional training machine wise JD (Job Description) & prepare Machine wise SOP (Standard operating procedure).
∎ Works on wastage minimization and to reduce major defect of products to improve quality.
∎ Works on machine wise manpower layout and update manpower budget manpower allocation of entire factory.
∎ Follow up and find out line & floor efficiency on hourly production monitoring system and update report to Manager.
∎ To maintain and follow up floor wise motion study & method study of respective machine.
∎ Production planning against standard minutes value (SMV), operation break down to find out actually SMV.
∎ Achieve correct workplace, layouts, handling & productivity improvements.
∎ To control and minimize direct & indirect labor cost of entire factory.
∎ Carry on any other task / duties assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ English language: understanding and knowledge should be good.
∎ Should be cooperative and self-motivated.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure as well as beyond regular time whenever required.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur.
