∎ • Graduation, DVM/B.sc in Animal Husbandry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Achieve Broiler DCO Placement target based on farmer agreement.
∎ 2. Educate farmers on brooding & growing, feeding, and bio- security management to ensure optimum farm performance and reduce mortality.
∎ 3. Ensure on time feed distribution to the farms by coordinating with feed mills and managing logistics supports.
∎ 4. Provide vaccination and medication support to the farmers periodically as per requirements.
∎ 5. Visit new farms to convert potential farmers to grow CBF business.
∎ 6. Coordinate With the local buyer to sell the live bird at a competitive market price.
∎ 7. Collect delivery challans from farms and complete batch closing documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ • At Least 1-2 Years’ experience in contract Farming/NGO/Micro Credit/Animal Health sales/ Feed & Chick Sales; Freshers Are also encouraged to apply.
