Educational Requirements:
∎ Seeking exceptionally motivated graduates with a minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard.
∎ Ensuring first contact resolution in every possible cases.
∎ Effectively following up and escalating the queries and complaints where necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 months experience in similar exposure will get preference, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office packages.
∎ Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)
Salary: Tk. 28000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Gross monthly salary of BDT. 28,000/-
∎ Other admissible benefits as per EBL policy.
∎ Will be eligible to sit for Written Exam for EBL Permanent position after 1 year based on performance.
