Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. To follow up in all stages of production in the factory from sample making to shipment.2. To collect P.O/ Order sheet from concerned Person/Department as & when required.3. To keep close contact with central store to know the actual inhouse status of all relevant production materials and inform the same to factory Management in well ahead.4. To follow up accessories in house status in factory and keep Merchandiser or Sr. Merchandiser informed on the same.5. To closely work with factory Merchandiser to execute the planned production.6. To co-ordinate your deployed merchandiser with buyer’s Q.C.7. In case if any shortage and delayed in-house of any accessories, should talk to line manager as well as factory merchandiser in this regard to get it solved ahead of production.8. To follow-up yarn, Print & Embroidery work properly to ensure smooth production.9. To closely monitoring & follow-up all the shipment schedule.10. To prepare all necessary reports and submit the same to all concerned merchants as well as factory management. And any others assignment given by the management from time to time
