Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum CGPA 2.50 (out of 4.00) in under graduation level
∎ The Applicant must be from a UGC-approved university
∎ Skills Required: Analytical and problem solving skills, Customer Relation, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Must have sound knowledge in MS office, Time Management skills
Job Context:
∎ 3-month probation period, can be extended for 3 more months. Confirmation will take place depending on the satisfactory performance during the probation period. Upon Confirmation selected candidates will be absorbed as regular employees of the bank.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and advise customers on products and services of the bank.
∎ Compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
∎ Develop and maintain strong business relationship with bank's customers and stakeholders.
∎ Meet business, operational & financial targets of the bank
∎ Increase the Client Base.
∎ Meet the company's Key Performance Indicators
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Freshers can apply. Candidate with experience of one year or more in Banking/ NBFI or relevant industry is preferred.
