∎ Diploma in Engineering in CSE
∎ Skills and talents are all that matters.
∎ But if you have a diploma degree in Computer Science and training on CCNA it would be a better match.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Desktop Assembling, Laptop / Desktop PC Operating System Setup (Windows/Linux OS)
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
∎ Setting up accounts for new user’s Desktop / Laptop.
∎ Repair and maintenance of Laptops, Desktop, Printers, and CCTV cameras
∎ All Kind of Wi-Fi Router Setup or Configuration
∎ All kind of Internet troubleshoot.
∎ Providing necessary IT support for all computer users
∎ Network cable wearing.
∎ Support and install CCTV camera networking system.
∎ All kind of Printer problem troubleshoot.
∎ Office Equipment (IT Product) purchases.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be polite and honest.
∎ Have to be self-motivated, positive & sacrifice minded.
∎ Written and verbal skills; excellent phone manner.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 13000 (Monthly)
