Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile/ Industrial Engineering from any reputed university or Graduates with special technical certification on production engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidates having Intern Experience in the IE/Work Study Department of any RMG unit may be appointed in entry-level post.
∎ Fresh graduates of promising talent & bright academic record may also be appointed in entry level upon proper demonstration.
∎ The candidates having working experience in Planning Department may also apply.
∎ Job Responsibility:
∎ Study the worker's efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
∎ Formulate production plan based on machine-manpower; study the m/c layout for optimum productivity with the highest level of quality.
∎ Develop strategies to Achieve Target of productivity & meet the cost efficiency.
∎ Initiate effective communication skill to motivate and develop the professionalism and mental strength for higher productivity.
∎ Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources.
∎ Adhear to the compliance issues.
