Educational Requirements

• Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and measurements.
• Ability to create flat sketches and basic tech packs.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be preferred.
• Must be sincere, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.
• Interest in local fashion brand development is highly preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We are looking for a creative and motivated *Trainee Fashion Designer* to join our design and product development team. The selected candidate will work mainly for *local fashion brand*, supporting collection development, tech pack creation, sampling, and design coordination.
Freshers with a strong design sense and passion for fashion are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in developing seasonal collections for local fashion brands.
• Create fashion concepts, mood boards, color stories, and design inspirations.
• Prepare technical flat sketches and basic tech packs.
• Support product development from design concept to sample stage.
• Work with fabrics, trims, measurements, and garment construction details.
• Coordinate with the sample room and the production team when required.
• Understand brand requirements and create designs based on market trends.
• Assist in developing products for both local brands and buying office/factory projects.
• Maintain design files, references, and product development records.
