Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team, with a strong focus on maintaining excellent customer relationship management with clients and landowners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a communication schedule via phone and email, prioritize tasks, attend meetings, prepare action plans, and review progress.

  • Have a good understanding of drawings.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, proper manners, and excellent customer service skills.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to explore potential business opportunities.

  • Independently handle critical issues while effectively convincing clients and landowners.

  • Coordinate internal modification work and handle related settlements.

  • Manage material selection and prepare demand/refund costing for clients and landowners.

  • Conduct project visits with clients and landowners as required.

  • Stay updated on market trends and resolve customer issues promptly.

  • Assist in creating a one-stop customer care solution through efficient team collaboration.

  • Coordinate with other departments regarding customer-related issues.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the HoD or top management.
