Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a communication schedule via phone and email, prioritize tasks, attend meetings, prepare action plans, and review progress.
Have a good understanding of drawings.
Demonstrate professionalism, proper manners, and excellent customer service skills.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to explore potential business opportunities.
Independently handle critical issues while effectively convincing clients and landowners.
Coordinate internal modification work and handle related settlements.
Manage material selection and prepare demand/refund costing for clients and landowners.
Conduct project visits with clients and landowners as required.
Stay updated on market trends and resolve customer issues promptly.
Assist in creating a one-stop customer care solution through efficient team collaboration.
Coordinate with other departments regarding customer-related issues.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the HoD or top management.
