Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in EEE / CSE
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, support & maintenance of enterprise servers & storage system.
∎ Configure, maintenance & troubleshoot of enterprise storage solutions.
∎ Install and Troubleshoot OS, e.g. Windows Server 2012 / 2008 / 2003, RHEL, HP-UX & Other Unix.
∎ Customer Focused (Internal and External), Self motivated, driven by results.
∎ Communicate/ escalate/ co-ordinate with customers & overseas partners for faster problem resolution.
∎ Good oral & written communication skill is mandatory.
∎ Strong understanding of TCP/ IP will be required.
∎ Strong understanding of email servers and web mail configuration.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction - Customer Sanctification Surveys are key performance indicators for individuals.
∎ Ensure timely, high quality communication - Requires strong organizational skills.
∎ Learn and remain current in relevant products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Software Installation and Configuration for the above.
∎ Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
∎ Fresh graduates from reputed private universities & public Universities are encouraged to apply.
