Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in EEE / CSE / ME.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engineering Role:
∎ Install, support & maintenance of enterprise servers & storage system.
∎ Configure, maintenance & troubleshoot of enterprise storage solutions.
∎ Install and Troubleshoot OS, e.g. Windows Server 2012 / 2008 / 2003, RHEL, HP-UX & Other Unix.
∎ Product & Solution Design Role:
∎ Acquire and keep knowledge up-to-date on specific IT products & solutions as well as industry trends, using various information sources - internet, product information, webinars, seminars, trainings, meetings, etc.
∎ Ability to analyze and compare multiple products, identify competitive advantages and disadvantages of products, and translate to benefits.
∎ Understand client's technology requirements and pain-points, and align various products and services to prepare a comprehensive solution design.
∎ Maintain partner relations with specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ Solution Providers, assess and fulfill partnership per-requisites.
∎ Understand Partners' and Company's pricing models, and prepare comprehensive pricing for the clients.
∎ Business Development Role:
∎ Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
∎ Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
∎ Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
∎ Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
∎ Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
∎ Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and partners.
∎ Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
