• Bachelor/Honors

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance, Training Institutes, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Manpower Recruitment, Group of Companies, Share Brokerage/ Securities House
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Acquire new retail and institutional clients and facilitate BO account opening.

• Ensure proper KYC documentation as per guidelines of Bangladesh Bank and comply with regulations of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission and the Dhaka Stock Exchange.

• Conduct sales and business development activities to expand the client base and increase trading participation.

• Execute client buy/sell orders through TWS under supervision and assist in client servicing.

• Provide clients with market updates and basic investment insights from the Dhaka Stock Exchange.

• Maintain sales records, update the sales pipeline, and report activities to the Head of Trade/CEO.

• During the probation period, develop professional skills and operational knowledge by working closely with experienced senior officials while actively participating in sales, trading, and client service activities.
