∎ Defining the project scope.
∎ Conducting business research.Gathering project requirements.
∎ Creating requirements specifications. Translating requirements to the team.
∎ Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating overall customer requirements.
∎ Designs new opportunities by analyzing functional requirements of a project, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying team capabilities.
∎ Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements, forming project team, establishing project budget.
∎ Monitors project progress.
∎ Ability to work in business commercial environment in engaging state-of-art software implementation on banking, finance, e commerce and telecommunication.
∎ Understanding of software engineering design, develop methodologies and in-depth knowledge in software tools and design techniques in line with leading new technologies.
∎ Personality in liaise with international professionals in applications and system design and implementations.
∎ Should demonstrate team effort and leadership.
