Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing guidance and direction to QA team to ensure quality standards are achieved. while developing plans for TQM.
∎ Planning and directing QA procedures on fabrics, finished goods at all stages.
∎ Evaluating, recommending and implementing best practices for QA procedures
∎ Evaluating, updating and documenting QA policies and procedures
∎ Following up on corrective actions and preventive measures.
∎ Maintaining a close relationship with design, logistics, procurement and production department heads to ensure QA procedures are understood and complied with.
∎ Providing accurate costing on QA operational stages
∎ Establishing clear performance parameters/targets for each QA inspection process/procedure.
∎ Working closely with production to lower the costs of producing products.
∎ Devise a plan, in coordination with production, procurement and logistics, to obtain ISO
∎ Consultant for Project head in Technical Issues
∎ Evaluating & presenting continuous improvement to reducing production costs.
∎ Providing timely, consistent and accurate QA reports.
∎ Preparing inspection methods for new products/raw materials.
∎ Eliminating all inefficient activities & processes in operating QA department.
∎ Providing guidance to all concerned on QA methods and techniques.
∎ Recommending and following up on required training for QA employees.
∎ Ensuring the development of alternate manpower for executing QA requirements.
∎ Working closely with Procurement to assess suppliers/providers performance and to generate a preferred suppliers list.
∎ Developing & implementing QA testing methods/techniques for each product category/family and ensure execution.
∎ Offering advice and recommendation on machines/equipment/tools upgrade to improve the efficiency of testing methods.
∎ Ensuring all required reports tracking all QA data are generated on time for the senior management
