• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc)

• B. Sc / M. Sc in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Applied Chemistry.

• Age At least 25 years

Age: Around 25 years

Experience : Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Handwriting: Must possess good hand writing both in English and Bangla.

Commitment: Must be willing to serve the company for at least 3(three) years after permanent appointment.

Responsibilities and Context

• Passion for Learning: The applicant must possess a strong passion for Learning with excellent observation and understanding; individual lacking this passion need not apply.

• Policy Compliance: In accordance with company policies (provided they are not illegal), the candidate must learn and practically apply all job -related responsibilities within 1 (one) year of joining.

• Operational Context: Please note that most of our instruments and machines are older models and not automatic; the candidate must be prepared to work within these limitations.

• Professional Competence: Candidate's professional Competence will be judged by how quickly and effectively the candidate acquires practical skills and use that knowledge into practice. A lack of drive to learn will result in an inability to continue with the company.

• Job Security: Upon successful completion of the probation period , the candidate will be absorbed as permanent personnel for 3(Three) years ( Subject to the company’s survival)

• Independence: The candidate must be capable of working independently despite organization limitations.

• Information Gathering: The candidate must be proficient in obtaining information through the libraries within Dhaka (with permission), internet searching etc. and utilize that knowledge effectively with understanding.

• Sincerity and Integrity: Must work with sincerity and Integrity, maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards within the company's capabilities.

• Record Keeping: Responsible for maintaining all records with absolute sincerity and accurately.

• Important Note: The candidate must have the mentality to learn from existing personnel and then supervise them.
