Responsibilities & Context:
Develop production schedules, organize daily operation and supervise blending filling and packaging
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure product quality meets OEM, ADNOC, customer and regulatory specs (ISO, SAE API, BIS)
Manage base oils, additives and finished goods inventory, coordinating with supply chain
Quality Assurance and control: Work closely with QC to establish process and check product consistency. Ensure adherence to formulations, specification and quality.
Enforce company HSE policies, conduct risk assessment and maintain regulatory compliance
Recruit, train and motivate production, warehouse and logistics staff. Monitor performance, evaluate staff and plan skill development
Manage operating budgets and capital expenditure. Identify cost drivers, recommend saving and improve profitability. Translate company vision into operational target and support sales/marketing.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with supplier, transfers and customer. Manage dispatch, transport scheduling and timely delivery.
