Additional Requirements:

• Age 28 to 36 years

• H&M Laboratory Accreditation Certificate will be considered an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of fabric, garment, and wash testing standards.

• Familiarity with H&M buyer-specific testing protocols and quality requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Manage production, counter, wash test, and development samples for H&M including testing, reporting, sample handling, and record keeping, in coordination with the Manager.

• Perform laboratory testing, report preparation, result analysis, and timely sharing of test reports with relevant stakeholders.

• Communicate and resolve testing-related issues with buyers, in coordination with the Manager.

• Support the Development Manager in new product development to ensure compliance with buyer quality parameters.

• Share FTD, PORA, and ORA with H&M as required, in coordination with the Manager.

• Arrange and dispatch counter and production samples to third-party laboratories according to ORA and H&M routine requirements.

• Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management system requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation, calibration records, test methods, and sample traceability in compliance with H&M standards.

• Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
