Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Experience: Previous experience (1-3 years) as a Tour Coordinator, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role.

  • Excellent destination knowledge and a passion for travel.
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work flexibly, as client emergencies may occur outside standard hours.
  • Experience in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Design customized & competitive tour packages and detailed day-by-day itineraries based on client preferences, interests, and budget.
  • Collect feedback from clients post-tour to improve services and generate testimonials.
  • End-to-End Execution: Handle research, costing, bookings, operations, and post-tour feedback.
  • Coordinate with suppliers (Local & offshore hotels, airlines, local guides & partners, transportation providers, activity operators) to book services and negotiate rates.
  • Maintain a database of reliable suppliers and vendors, continually evaluating their performance.
  • Handle all pre-tour communication, including sending detailed final itineraries, vouchers, and pre-departure information.
  • Create and manage master itineraries for clients and internal operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during their tour for any emergencies, changes, or issues, monitoring trip progress and resolving any problems promptly.
  • Liaise with on-ground staff and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain and update customer files, tour records, and financial documentation.
  • Generate reports on sales figures, booking trends, vendor costs, and tour profitability.
  • Prepare cost sheets and final proposals for clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Deep understanding of visa processes, regional logistics, and travel trends.
  • Completely responsible for local & international tour.
