Job Context:
∎ Must have the mindset for working long-term. (At least One Year)
∎ It`s an office job, not work from home.
∎ Running students (even those who are in the last trimester) are not accepted for this job.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the confidence of writing English Content.
∎ Your writing content should be well-researched and international standard.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about grammar.
∎ Should have basic knowledge of computers, Especially English Typing.
∎ Office Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (6 days a week).
∎ Weekly Holiday: Friday.
∎ Experience: Doesn't matter. If you are confident, go for it.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Well mannered.
∎ Co-operative with other team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Depends on your proficiency.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Yearly Two Festive Bonus (50% of basic salary).
∎ 45 minutes of lunchtime.
∎ Prayer time break.
∎ Tea and snacks (all day, unlimited).
∎ Sick leave 5 days.
∎ Casual leave 7 days (all together at the end of the year).
∎ Eid-Ul-Fitr Holiday for 5 days.
∎ Eid-Ul-Adha Holiday for 5 days.
∎ Govt. Holiday 15 days.
