Educational Requirements:
∎ At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any renowned university having skills in managing information system.
∎ We are looking for smart engineers, eager to learn and work in an international environment.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Basic knowledge of networking and communication devices.
∎ Must be capable of understanding new system modules and comfortable working with any software environment.
∎ Good English communication skills writing, verbal.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
∎ Monitor and own all support-related metrics including ticket backlog, the average time to close, workload distribution, first response time, resolution time, and ticket escalations.
∎ Receive, investigate and resolve issues.
∎ Document all support information following client's requirements and work process.
∎ Manage day-to-day activity of all client-oriented tasks to ensure schedule compliance.
∎ Provide client / end-user support and technical issue resolution via email.
∎ Build rapport and elicit problem details and feedback from end users.
∎ Provide timely, efficient, accurate and pleasant follow-up to user questions or issues
∎ Track and manage incidents to closure.
∎ Tentative working hours (4am - 12.30pm Bangladesh time).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in English communication with foreign clients.
∎ Working experience in the IT Industry would be a plus point.
∎ The candidate should be working as a good team member.
∎ Capable of thinking outside the box and providing solution ideas for new issues.
∎ Other responsibilities provided by the management.
