Educational Requirements:
∎ At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any renowned university, preferably in CSE/EEE/IT/MIS.

∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring IoT device activities from the software dashboard.
∎ Identifying issues with the devices from the web system and providing remote support.
∎ Investigating inbound queries and providing solutions.
∎ Escalating issues to the correct team and creating work orders.
∎ Preparing clean and well-managed documentation, and formal reports, and keeping notes in the web system for each IT/hardware issue.
∎ Following up with existing issues, stakeholders, and internal teams.
∎ Generating ideas for system and process upgradation.
∎ Building rapport with clients and sub-clients.
∎ Manage day-to-day activity of all client-oriented tasks to ensure schedule compliance.
∎ Understanding of web-based platforms and comfortable working with any software environment.
∎ Monitor and own all support-related metrics from the support portal including ticket backlog, the average time to close, workload distribution, first response time, resolution time, and ticket escalations.
∎ Professional English fluency and email writing, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of software navigation, IT audit, and coordinate system.
∎ Working on different projects provided by the management team.
∎ Tentative working hours: 7 pm - 4 am Bangladesh time (Monday - Friday). The candidate might need to work from 12 pm to 9 pm BDT in the training period.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in English communication with foreign clients.
∎ Working experience in the IT support Industry would be a plus point.
∎ The candidate should be working as a good team member.
∎ Capable of thinking outside the box and providing solution ideas for new issues.
