∎ Graduate from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Air Ticketing (Both Domestic & International).
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Ticket using GDS (Sabre/ Galileo/ Amadeus/Web modules), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service.
∎ Manage Daily Official works. Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Ability to Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team and others accordingly.
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies.
∎ Must be able to meet monthly sales targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on GDS system such as Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus.
∎ Skilled in MS Office, Internet browsing and fast typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Experience: Minimum 3- 5 year(s) in Tour and Travel Agencies.
