Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Issuing Tickets: Selling tickets to customers for various modes of transportation (e.g., airlines, trains, buses) or events (e.g., concerts, sports games).
∎ Providing Information: Assisting customers with inquiries regarding ticket prices, schedules, seat availability, and travel options.
∎ Handling Reservations: Making and confirming reservations for customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
∎ Processing Payments: Collecting payment from customers, processing transactions accurately, and providing receipts as necessary.
∎ Managing Changes: Assisting customers with changes to their reservations, such as date or time adjustments, cancellations, or upgrades.
∎ Handling Complaints: Addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to find satisfactory resolutions.
∎ Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of ticket sales, reservations, transactions, and customer interactions.
∎ Providing Customer Service: Offering excellent customer service by being courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in assisting customers with their needs.
