Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Consultation: Advising clients on travel destinations, itineraries, transportation options, accommodations, and activities based on their preferences and budget.
∎ Booking Travel Arrangements: Making reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, tours, and other travel services on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Providing Travel Information: Offering detailed information to clients regarding travel requirements, including visas, passports, vaccination, travel insurance, and currency exchange.
∎ Offering Promotions and Deals: Informing clients about special promotions, discounts, and package deals available for their desired destinations and helping them make cost-effective travel decisions.
∎ Handling Payments: Collecting payments from clients for travel bookings, processing transactions securely, and providing receipts and confirmations.
∎ Customer Service: Providing ongoing assistance and support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
∎ Managing Travel Documentation: Ensuring that clients have all necessary travel documents, including tickets, vouchers, itineraries, and emergency contact information, organized and readily accessible.
∎ Resolving Issues: Handling unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, cancellations, or changes in travel plans by rebooking accommodations, arranging alternative transportation, or assisting with compensation claims as needed.
∎ Maintaining Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel preferences, communicating regularly, and providing personalized service tailored to their needs.
∎ Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with travel industry trends, destination information, airline policies, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
