Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and improve quality procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists and continually improve guidelines
∎ Monitor the inspection of raw materials and accessories of the goods as per quality measurements by using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tools.
∎ Monitor durability testing in terms color (Color Fastness Wash, Color Fastness to Rubbing) & quality by using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tools.
∎ Monitor to identify loopholes during Knitting / Winding, dyeing, washing, finishing and packing stage of goods in terms of quality measurement [Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Observed Quality Level (OQL), and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
∎ Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order/job bag instructions and Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations.
∎ Review documentation of all activities of quality assurance and monitor detailed analysis on random inspection at final stage
∎ Effectively interact with Merchandising, Compliance, Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Assisting technicians with checking specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticality in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.
∎ Increase productivity & efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be Bangladeshi national.
∎ Should have strong leadership quality.
∎ Must be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Fluency in English and computer operation skill required (Ms Office (s), ERP).
∎ Sound Knowledge in dealing with QMS System.
