• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Technology, or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textiles Engineer or Fabric & Yarn from any reputed Public University or Institution from local and abroad,
• Any type of degree in Textile Design, or Material Science will get additional preferences

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Manufacturing (Fabric, Knit fabric, Spinning and Yarn)

• Applicants must have experience in R&D in a Textile Factory

• Strong presentation skills,

• Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills (both English & Bangla) are required,

• Candidate who has vast and well working experienced in the EPZ, will get the preference,

• Candidate should have Performance Base KPI System on production to meet the goal.

Job Responsibilities and Job Specification:

• Developing new design concepts ensuring that projects are completed on time as well.
• Keeping up to date and spotting fashion trends in fabric design by reading forecasts in trade magazines and using internet resources to develop a network of business contacts.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, detail oriented, with strong follow through.
• Deep understanding of raw material development and cost engineering.
• Excellent technical knowledge of yarn and performance fabrications.
• Experience with raw material yarn, fabric and spinning testing.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall R&D related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.
• Making up sets of sample designs liaising with clients and technical, marketing and buying staff to plan and develop designs.
• Using updated software and computer-aided design (CAD) programs to develop a range of designs to experiment with color, fabric and quality.
• Review and maintains the department fabric library to ensure this is kept up to date.
• Analyze and assess fabric needs, based on Design`s, Seasonal direction and Trends. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new design and production techniques and textile technology.
• Day to day production status monitoring & supervise, Shortcut and giving solution and investigation about production & target within allocate time frame.
• Should be responsible on operation production & shipment related activities of company.
• Acknowledgement of the order quantity in advance for making production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan
• To give necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production
• To keep close eyes in order to attain acceptable production limit and to ensure about the implementation of the production schedule. If any production manager fails to achieve the production target, then reason is to be found out from the team and he is to be guided for more production
• Having clear idea about the quality of dyed yarn and fabric and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that products can be made exportable stage
• To implement price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced
• To make necessary arrangement of training for the subordinates in order to increase the production capability by following modern production procedure.
• To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team
• Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
• Good knowledge on Pattern and marker, technically problem-solving ability with required quality standard.
• Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve.
• Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
• Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
• Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects).
• Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
• Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing & Quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace as per the labor law, EPZ law and directive,
• Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
• Able to take initiatives to manage the critical paths of delivery;
• Have to take necessary initiative to achieve Optimum Efficiencies by Improving Man Machine Ratio, Cut to Ship Ratio, Production Efficiency, etc.;
• Have to ensure Timely Shipments; constantly guide the teams for ensuring high productivity and quality;
• Have to improve profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through integrated production planning, information support and analysis;
• Any other related work assigns by Top Management.
