• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing Dyed Yarn, Fabrics and Textiles

• Strong presentation skills.

• Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills (both English & Bangla) are required

• Candidate who has vast and well working experienced in the EPZ, will get the preference

• Candidate should have Performance Base KPI System on production to meet the goal

To attain the ultimate goal, management is searching Manager -Industrial Planning having robust professional attachment and well experience in the manufacturing Industries depending on the following Job Responsibilities and Job Specification

Job Location: Dhaka EPZ

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up.
• Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost.
• The candidate will be responsible for making an effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, & management team, and timely input.
• Update production planning time to time according to the current situation.
• Work to implement planning and reduce plan vs actual gap.
• Distribute production planning to all related production staff and meetings to implement planning.
• Monitor daily production; make daily production report and tracking section wise production.
• Achieve on-time shipment maintaining production work sequence.
• Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
• Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with Marketing, production & store department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
• Goals Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify Monitor line-wise production report by hourly output basis Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
• Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation.
• Closely monitoring all pre-production activities and priority-based work progressing
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, detail oriented, with strong follow through.
• Deep understanding of raw material development and cost engineering.
• Excellent technical knowledge of yarn and performance fabrications
• To make necessary arrangement of training for the subordinates in order to increase the production capability by following modern production procedure
• Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
• Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects).
• Have to take necessary initiative to achieve Optimum Efficiencies by Improving Man Machine Ratio, Cut to Ship Ratio, Production Efficiency, etc.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
