Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking care of quality check of dyed yarn, shade approval of yarn for the woven fabric, knit fabric, and towel fabric.
∎ Coordinate with planning for the program and quality control department for testing of fastness properties.
∎ Maintenance of the inventory- dyes, chemicals, and stationery.
∎ Coordinate with the planning department for the dyeing program.
∎ Coordinate with laboratory, design, and planning department for day-to-day production requirements and sampling activities.
∎ Regular training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues.
∎ Assist in implementing the standard procedure of quality assurance & control of QAD.
∎ Ensure all SOPs are implemented according to the Buyer QA Manual.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyses complex problems, recommend and implement preventive or corrective actions.
∎ Execute corrective and preventive action plans as per the recommendation of management.
∎ Make measurement report, purchase order (PO) sheet, the risk level of style report.
∎ Control & ensure the quality of our product using/monitoring the existing workforce.
∎ Maintain audit-related documents and monitor regular practice as per recommendation.
∎ Ensure 100% measurement of key points are done and records maintained
∎ Machine-wise planning as per capacity and priority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
