Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with regional markets is essential.

  • Experience in sales and marketing (Pesticide industry is preferred).

  • Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain dealer/ customer relationships.

  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.

We are looking for young, capable, energetic, dynamic, motivated change makers to promote our sales initiatives.

  • Initiate promotional activities such as pre-sowing campaigns, Farmer Training Programs.

  • Plan, track and follow-up demo sites on regular basis.

  • Actively manage relationships with key influencers, Distributors, dealers and Retailers.

  • Focus on accurate and timely planning, placement, product liquidation and collections.

  • Plan and ensure that the right product is available on shelf at the right time and right quantity.

  • Support a strong channel engagement and campaign plan along with executing market strategy for effective business success.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives of the territory as per budget.

  • Accountable for collections from all customers in the sales region.

  • Routinely update the supervisor about any information, suggestions, or criticism related to the activity results of the territory.

  • Submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.

  • Arrange meeting with farmers and district officers (DAE) for engagement purpose.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales collection budget.

  • Any other task given by the management/supervisor
