∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product wise and Customer wise Territory budget preparation by 15th November of every calendar year.
∎ Achieve or accede sales target of monthly, quarterly and yearly.
∎ Prepare and achieve the collection & recovery target monthly, weekly & daily basis and send an achievement report through SMS to the immediate superior accordingly.
∎ Submit a tour plan to the immediate superior by 25th of each month for upcoming month.
∎ Submit a tour execution report to the immediate superior by 1st week of next month.
∎ Right customer acquisition, development & retention of assigned Territory by the guide line of immediate superior.
∎ Generate proper product forecasting (month wise & quarter wise) and inventory management in the customer level.
∎ Operate efficient and effective credit management to keep the over dues in tolerance level.
∎ Buildup strong network, maintaining profitable relationship in the segment of distributors, retailers and advocate farmers.
∎ Visit external customer i.e. DAE Personnel, NGO’s and all level of customer to get regular and situation oriented support.
∎ Uncover the new market for PAL and take proper measure to get competitive age.
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor’s products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers.
∎ Resolve all sales related issue by coordinating with immediate superior.
∎ Develop quarterly promotional plan of assigned territory with justification and submit it to the immediate superior at least 15 days ago from the beginning of the quarter.
∎ Increase market penetration and patronize product pull activities to reduce the sales return.
∎ Operate the business as per given policy within the territory.
∎ Timely reporting as per given format to the immediate superior.
∎ Execute any other job assigned by the superior.
