Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Regularly update clients on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales materials.
