Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

Concord Stem Cell Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Offline Marketing to drive business growth through strategic offline marketing initiatives. The selected candidate will promote the company's healthcare and regenerative medicine services, build relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and corporate organizations, and expand referral networks through effective field marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to increase business growth and brand awareness.

  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers through field visits.

  • Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and healthcare institutions.

  • Promote the company's healthcare and regenerative medicine services.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.

  • Organize seminars, CME programs, health camps, awareness campaigns and promotional events.

  • Develop and maintain a database of doctors, referral partners and institutional clients.

  • Generate both B2B and B2C business opportunities.

  • Monitor competitors and market trends.

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.

  • Ensure transparency and compliance in all business activities.

  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.
