Responsibilities & Context: - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach revenue targets.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve their goals.
