Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target of the concerned Sales Territory.
∎ DB wise target achievement.
∎ Supervise Sales Representative (SR) for outlet coverage, merchandising & sales growth.
∎ Responsible for implementing sales forecasts & strategies.
∎ Driving the Basic Sales KPIs of individual and Team.
∎ Buildup relationship with existing and potential customers to enhance sales.
∎ Ability to work in any changing and challenging environment.
∎ Ensuring product availability and visibility.
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target of the concerned Sales Territory.
