Position: Territory Officer [TO]/ Territory Manager [TM]

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct sales call and visit to retailers, wholesalers, institutions, pharmacy shops, outlets to meet primary & secondary sales target. Building and maintaining strong relationship with key stakeholders.
- Managing distributors and sub-distributors in assigned territory. Having clear understanding of primary and secondary sales.
- POSM Execution.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
- Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to supervisor.
- Ensure & strict adherence to SFKPIs.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company`s products, their benefits, usage, etc.
- Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 2/5 years’ sales experience in a MNC or renowned company.
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
- A Masters degree in business administration will be an added qualification for the post of Territory Manager, but not mandatory.
