Job Context:
∎ Ensure optimum availability of City Agent Banking products at maximum Agent point by managing SP/agents. Will manage SP/agents for proper execution of channel activities in order to gain maximum trade push and provide best Customer Experience to attain Sales objectives.
∎ Territory Officer, Agent Banking- Chattogram/Sylhet/Cumilla/Mymensingh/Khulna/Barisal/Rangpur/Bogura

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attain Territory Sales Target through daily market visit, ensuring proper distribution of products and implementation of outlet channel activities
∎ Support area and region team by managing the compliance performance of Master agent /outlet point
∎ Manage regular and on demand (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and/or Ad-hoc) reports according to business requirements
∎ Develop strong trade relationship with SP and outlets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Ability to blend with people of rural and geographically dispersed locations
