• HSC
• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
• Relevant training/certification in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call centre roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Strong listening skills and ability to convince customers.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries efficiently.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through follow-ups.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the management.
