Responsibilities & Context:
Call potential clients daily from given leads / Facebook leads / website inquiries.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, and follow-ups.
Explain company shipping services clearly:
Air shipment
Sea shipment
Courier / parcel delivery
Door-to-door shipping
Customs clearance (if you provide)
Provide rate quotations and service details to customers.
Maintain a strong follow-up system until the customer confirms shipment.
Convert inquiries into paid customers and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, follow-up, and conversions in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with operations team about customer shipment updates.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Support in upselling (repeat shipments/subscription shipping plans).
