  • Must be smart enough to handle difficult situations and manage teams.

  • Strong communication, telemarketing, and telesales skills.

  • Good convincing and sales ability.

  • Ability to manage inbound/outbound calls professionally.

  • Capable of maintaining client database and achieving targets.

  • Strong planning and reporting skills.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in any call center is strongly preferable.

  • Genex and Digicon experience preferred.

  • Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply if they have strong oral communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Dhaka (New Elephant Road)

Employment Status: Full-time (9 hours)

Duty Time:

  • Slot: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle clients with care and sincerity.

  • Communicate with critical customers effectively and politely.

  • Perform telesales, telemarketing, and appointment settings for clients daily.

  • Manage outbound/inbound calls across the country.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals to fulfill targets.

  • Maintain client records and reporting tasks.



Job Other Benifits:
    • Tk. 5,000+ commission each month or higher

    • 2.5% of entire company revenue sharing after 2+ years of employment

    • Weekly 1 day off (30 working days/month)
