Experience Requirements

  • Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in Call Centre/Customer Support

  • Fresher’s also Encouraged to apply if they have strong oral communication skills

  • Digicon othoba genex prefferd.

Responsibilities & Context:

Location: New Elephant road, Popular Tower, 7th floor.

Job Type: Part-Time (6 hours/day)

Work Shifts:

  • Slot 1: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Slot 2: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Weekly Holiday: 1 day per week

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with care and professionalism

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues calmly and efficiently

  • Telemarketing, telesales, and appointment setting as per client requirements

  • Maintain and update customer database regularly

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/communication targets

  • Report management and daily activity planning

  • Handle critical clients using effective communication and problem-solving skills



Job Other Benifits:
    • Commission: BDT 5,000+ (Based on performance)

    • Long-Term Bonus: 2.5% revenue sharing for employees serving more than 2 years (based on performance)
