Responsibilities & Context:
Location: New Elephant road, Popular Tower, 7th floor.
Job Type: Part-Time (6 hours/day)
Work Shifts:
Slot 1: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Slot 2: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Weekly Holiday: 1 day per week
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with care and professionalism
Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues calmly and efficiently
Telemarketing, telesales, and appointment setting as per client requirements
Maintain and update customer database regularly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/communication targets
Report management and daily activity planning
Handle critical clients using effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Other Benifits:
Commission: BDT 5,000+ (Based on performance)
Long-Term Bonus: 2.5% revenue sharing for employees serving more than 2 years (based on performance)
