Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell books over phone calls and online platforms
• Provide information about books and answer customer queries
• Prepare daily sales reports and track customer orders
• Collect feedback and assist in improving customer satisfaction
• Participate in online marketing and promotional campaigns
• Work actively to achieve team sales targets
