Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell books over phone calls and online platforms
- Provide information about books and answer customer queries
- Prepare daily sales reports and track customer orders
- Collect feedback and assist in improving customer satisfaction
- Participate in online marketing and promotional campaigns
- Work actively to achieve team sales targets
