Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customer queries and complaints through phone, email, and social media channels.
∎ Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
∎ Identify and escalate complex queries and complaints to the relevant departments.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure that their queries and complaints have been resolved satisfactorily.
∎ Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and satisfaction
∎ Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team for improving customer service processes and procedures.
∎ Maintain a positive image of the organization by ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
∎ Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software applications.
∎ Fluency in both Bangla and English is a must.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Attendance Bonus 1000 Tk
