Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ (Graduation In English, A & O Level-English medium students encouraged to apply)
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Data Entry, Data Entry, English typing, Fast typing skills, MICROSOFT OFFICE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer Operator, Data Entry, Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a large number of outbound calls to Foreign customers in a timely manner.
∎ Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
∎ Keeping a record of hard copy data such as invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documents.
∎ Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.
∎ Addressing data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing data.
∎ Attending to data queries and reporting any major data errors to management.
∎ Data entry according to time frame.
∎ Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Appeal against denial issues.
∎ Able to earn a good review from clients with good conversation.
∎ Convince and promise to the client in case they have a bad experience.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good typing speed in English
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good skill in internet web browsing & research
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Ability to quickly learn, well-disciplined and well-mannered
∎ Agree to work at Night, 6 days in a week
