∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Data Entry, Good typing skills, Internet Browsing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Entering commands into the computer terminal and making sure the commands run correctly.
∎ Schedule work orders to ensure each task is completed on time.
∎ Ensure printers and other equipment are always ready for use.
∎ Carry out routine maintenance of equipment and systems to ensure that there are no problems when used.
∎ Installing software updates and fixing bugs.
∎ Perform troubleshooting on problematic software and hardware.
∎ Report system malfunctions to a computer technician.
∎ Regularly check the LAN (local area network) system and carry out the repair process

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good typing speed in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good skill in internet web browsing & research
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Ability to quickly learn, well-disciplined and well-mannered
∎ Agree to work Day or Night, 6 days in a week
∎ Able to work with minimal supervision.
∎ Have the ability to analyze and solve problems and be able to troubleshoot when needed
∎ Have good time management skills to ensure all work orders can be completed on time.
∎ Understand computer functions and have the ability to operate computers.
∎ Have a positive work attitude and the ability to work in groups.
