• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
• Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in using CRM software and telephone systems.
• High school diploma; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with potential clients through outbound calls. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and promoting our exceptional interior design services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using a provided phone directory.
• Present and explain DIT’s interior design services and benefits to prospective clients.
• Schedule appointments for our design consultants to meet with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in our CRM system.
• Follow up with previous clients to solicit feedback and identify additional needs.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies.
