Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products or services
Receive inbound calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (for tele sales role)
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, accounts) to ensure smooth service
Update customer information in CRM or database systems regularly
Ensure proper communication etiquette and company guidelines are followed during calls
