Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products or services

  • Receive inbound calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner

  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (for tele sales role)

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, accounts) to ensure smooth service

  • Update customer information in CRM or database systems regularly

  • Ensure proper communication etiquette and company guidelines are followed during calls

  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, issues, or market trends
