• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

• Only Female

Experience Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year in a relevant field (Call Center/Telecommunication Service)
• Do NOT apply if you don’t have any experience in the related field.
• Only females are allowed to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer-handling ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM software, and communication tools.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to long-term employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and students.
• Record and update data in CRM software and MS Excel.
• Ensure excellent customer support and service quality.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and deadlines.

• Panthapath, Dhaka

• Full-time (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
