• Diploma in Engineering in Telecommunication
• Diploma in Electronics in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Training Institutes, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

Applicants must have Diploma degree in Electronics/ Telecommunication.

Past experience in Telecommunication Sector will get preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Set up and configure telecommunications equipment, such as telephones, internet connections, and network hardware. 

• Maintenance: Perform routine checks and updates to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of communication systems. 

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify and fix faults in telecommunication lines and equipment using diagnostic tools and electronic instruments. 

• Testing: Test communication lines and devices to confirm they are working properly. 

• Customer Support: Interact with clients to understand their telecommunication needs, provide technical assistance, and train them on equipment usage. 

• Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and installations. 

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VoIP, SIP), network infrastructure, and telecommunications hardware. 

• Diagnostic Tools: Proficiency with electronic instruments like voltmeters, ammeters, and other measuring equipment. 

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. 

• Communication: Ability to explain technical information clearly to clients and colleagues. 

• Physical Dexterity: Fine motor skills for working with wires, cables, and tools. 

Work Environment

• Field Work: Involves travel to various sites, including construction areas, and potentially working in confined spaces or challenging conditions. 

• Technical Settings: May work in switch rooms, data centers, or customer locations.
