Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service
∎ Answer questions about products or the company
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
∎ Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
∎ Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have completed BBA or graduation must be major in Marketing
∎ Proven 1 year of experience as telesales representative or sales role
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone system
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Compensation: 15k - 18K (Depends on experience) + Commission
