∎ Good Convincing Voice and Over Phone Selling Capabilities to the Interested Prospects.

∎ Ability to build up a good professional relationship with possible customers.
∎ Should have Self-Supervision Skills and Performance Management Skills.
∎ Must-Have good typing speed along with Internet Surfing, Microsoft Word, and Excel skills.
∎ Necessary Training and Guidelines will be provided.

∎ Previous experience in telesales or customer service (preferred but not required).

∎ Handle customer queries and provide exceptional service.

∎ Explaining products related queries to the interested prospects.
